Statement
My work is based on photography and video footage that I make. I am very interested in accumulations, interventions on different planes. I superimpose layers, achieving more and more distance from their original image. In this way, transparency and/or superposition effects are achieved, with textures and inks that create a handful of images and graphic works. Geometric interventions appear in the planes of nature. The common thread of my body of work is the word. The result is a visual game between images and texts. In my latest works, shapes and colors arranged in series compose beautiful geometries and configure an abstract universe of tensions and contrasts that is a direct heir to Pattern. My latest work is in direct relation to the environment, in balance and harmony with nature, representing the four elements: fire, water, air and earth.
