Statement

My work is based on what my surroundings, especially nature, provoke in me. I walk through cities, structures and natural landscapes, guided by the signs I find and that activate my thoughts. These experiences function as a journey that leaves traces. My photographs document the passing of the seasons and my travels, which feed my work. I record what impacts me: cultures, their traditions and how nature appears in different latitudes. I am concerned about man's invasion of the natural world and its cycles, and I want to record this in my images. Although my work is not documentary, it builds a record of the relationship between human beings and nature.
