Pinta BAphoto celebrates its 20th anniversary and is currently the most significant specialized art fair in photography in Latin America. Based in Buenos Aires, the fair has firmly established itself as an undisputed reference point for photography, fostering a meeting place for artists, curators, specialized critics, collectors, and an ever-growing audience. Since its foundation in 2005, Pinta BAphoto has been dedicated to promoting the development of photography within the artistic field and enhancing its international standing.
For the sixth consecutive year, in this 20th-anniversary edition of Pinta BAphoto 2024, the masterclass "How Photography Thinks" will be offered by architect and artist Vivian Galban.
The fair will feature more than 55 galleries from Argentina, as well as from Venezuela, Spain, Uruguay, the United States, Paraguay, Peru, and Colombia.
At Pinta BAphoto, a wide variety of galleries are exhibited, known for the quality of their proposals, showcasing modern and contemporary artists from different countries whose artistic practices are deeply intertwined with the language of photography.

CALLE (which means street in Spanish) is a photography project. The photos were taken by people living on the streets in the city of Buenos Aires over the last 15 years. CALLE tries to ensure that people who live in vulnerable conditions (which have pushed them to live on the streets) can be photographers and can express and share their view of the city.
