Statement
My work is shaped by the idea of how humanity inhabits the world and its relationship with nature. I am interested in creating immersive, dreamlike atmospheres. The tone of my works is often melancholic and reflective.
Observing nature, its movements, admiring its patience, calmness, fury, and wisdom is a habit I inherited from my grandparents. It is inevitable for me to reflect on human behavior, which is increasingly fast-paced and functional to a system that generates overproduction without knowing why, without explanation or awareness of the damage we are causing to the world as humanity.
I experience artistic practice as a vital necessity. It is the way I can condense many emotions and sensations.
