Taquicardia

Felicitas Bonino

Bio

He was born in Pergamino, Buenos Aires in 1979.
On endless trips with his dad touring lost places in the mountains,
reaching people that no one sees, he learned about photography and understood that with it he could
to spread that strong pulse that I felt in the face of so much.
He has a degree in cinematography and new media, various courses and
seminars held with Argentine photographers such as Adriana Lestido and Diego Ortiz
Múgica and a workshop with John Sexton in California, USA. Made several samples
individually and with other photographers at BA Photo, Fola, Casa Matienzo, Museo Lucy
Mattos, Casa Foa and Caras y Caretas Cultural Center, among others. Contribute with
NGOs Conin Foundation, Mas Humanities and Rural Communities Network. HE
She works as a travel photographer and portraitist in different graphic media.
She is the creator, along with her fellow photographers Agnes Lanfranco and Lola García Berro, of the
textile design brand Taquicardia. In this project the three photographers wear their
images to everyday design objects with the ancient artisanal technique of
serigraphy. Our mission is to evoke the senses and bring art closer to people.

Statement

It inspires me to pour my feelings into images: to raise my gaze and feel accompanied: to listen to the heartbeats and silence the fears. Contemplation stops time and makes everyday life present.
